Service Limitations

Excluded Services

Unless specifically agreed in writing, our services do not include:

• Removal of hazardous materials or biohazards
• Heavy lifting or furniture moving
• Pest control or extermination
• Repairs or maintenance work
• Outdoor window cleaning above ground floor (unless specifically requested)

Material Limitations

While we use gentle, effective cleaning methods, some materials may have inherent limitations. We cannot guarantee stain removal or restoration of:

• Pre-existing damage or permanent staining
• Color bleeding or fading from previous treatments
• Wear and tear from normal use
• Damage from improper previous cleaning
